This 2-disc set features new extras, re-mastered widescreen picture and two versions of the film (original theatrical and extended Director s cuts). Set designs by the legendary James Cameron (which were also used in Galaxy of Terror a year prior). Received three nominations for the 1983 Saturn Award (Best Low Budget Film, Best Make-up and Best Special Effects).
